We ship with Canada Post to ensure a timely delivery of all orders to all Canadian addresses and to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

*before taxes and to most Canadian addresses.  Some restrictions apply to oversize and/or over weight items.


SHIPPING TIMELINE We will endeavor to ship all online orders within two business days*

  • All products the need after sales service (binding mounts, waxing, poles cut down, etc) will ship as soon as we are able to finish them up and get them out to you (normally two to three business days)

How Canada Post Delivers Items Within Canada
Canada Post’s delivery processes vary, depending on population density and network infrastructure. Using the Signature delivery option also changes how mail is delivered to a postal address, as this item requires face-to-face delivery.

Delivery Standards Within Canada
Delivery standards represent the expected transit time from deposit to delivery for items tendered before the local cut-off time; only Business Days are included in the calculation. Deposits on days other than Business Days are considered as being accepted on the next Business Day.


Where an item moves within a major centre, city, town or village. For example: Prince George to Prince George.


Where an item moves within a region. For example: Prince George to Calgary (Western Region).


Where an item moves between regions. For example: Prince George to Montreal.

Business Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday, a statutory holiday and any day normally observed as a holiday by Canada Post. For your convenience and to summarize delivery standards, we have created zones for services provided within Canada. The zones are defined as Local, Regional and National. Shipping Days:
Monday thru Friday, excluding Canada Post holidays and Family Day

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Stride & Glide Sports and assessed a $30.00 Non-Delivery fee. The non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Processing time: Orders received before 11 a.m.Pacific Standard/Daylight Time (2 p.m. Eastern) are processed the same day. Orders received after 11 a.m. PST/PDT (2 p.m. EST/EDT) are processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by the close of business Monday.

Domestic Delivery Time – Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipping: FREE with orders over $150.00 before taxes and to most Canadian addresses. Orders shipped to Western Canada can be expected within 1 – 3 business days. Orders shipped to Eastern Canada generally take 3 – 7 business days. For quicker delivery please contact us for options and rates.  All delivery times are estimates. The total delivery time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Stride & Glide Sports is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Return Policy

All items being returned must be in new condition, unused, shoes maximum one hour of indoor use, with packaging and labels intact. This does not apply to items that are being returned because of a manufacturers defect.

Refunds are processed for all items returned within 14 days of purchase when the original receipt accompanies the item.

Items that are returned after the 14 day period may be exchanged for a store credit that is valid for up to 90 days.

To return an item please follow the process below:

  • Get your Return Authorization number (contact us and we’ll email you an RA number within 48 business hours.).
  • Repackage your item (along with its original packaging and all required accessories). Seal the box and write your R.A. number in large numbers on the outside of the box.

  • Once your return is received, we will process it and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Sale and clearance item purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Due to the personal nature of swimwear and underwear, all sales are final. Sports bras and running shorts may only be returned unused, with all tags attached and intact.
